1 tbsp olive oil
2 shallots
1 garlic clove
1 tsp minced ginger (2cm ginger, peeled and chopped)
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric
Pinch sea salt
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 can coconut milk
To serve:
Squeeze of lime
Fresh coriander
Spoonful of pomegranate
Handful flaked almonds
