100g vegan chocolate of your choice
1 tbsp golden syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
150g puffed rice breakfast cereal, either plain or chocolate flavoured (ensure it is vegan)

1. Put paper fairy cake cases into the dips of a fairy cake tin to keep them upright and secure.
2. Melt the chocolate, syrup and coconut oil in a heat-proof bowl above a pan of boiling water. 3.When it has combined, remove from the heat and tip the rice crispies in. Stir to coat them completely.
4. Spoon into the cases.
5. Pop them in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to cool and set.
