A beautifully spiced gluten-free crumble – perfect with vanilla ice-cream! Use elderberries in autumn if you can find them.

  1. 3 cups of apples
  2. 2 oranges, freshly squeezed
  3. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  4. Pinch of mixed spice
  5. Pinch of nutmeg
  6. Pinch of ginger
  7. 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
  8. Pinch sea salt

  • Serve with soya or coconut ice cream.
