Vegan fig and date smoothie

The fresh figs enhance the creamy texture of this smoothie whilst creating a delicious sweet flavour. The addition of dried dates, soy yoghurt and pea protein powder combine to create a wonderful, creamy blend rich in fiber and protein!

  1. 4 figs
  2. 5 dried dates
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 1/2 banana
  5. 1/2 cup soy yoghurt (yogurt)
  6. 1 tbsp. Pulsin pea protein powder (or your favorite protein powder)


  • Wash the figs and remove the stems.
  • Now, add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
