• 4 lettuce leaves
• 1/4 cup of sliced cabbage

1. Begin by soaking the rice paper on a plate filled with water. Do this for 10-15 seconds until the paper is pliable (check the package instructions for more details).
2. Place the four pieces of rice paper down onto a clean surface, creating an overall two by two shape and ensuring that each rice paper slightly overlaps the others.
3. Begin to place your chopped vegetables of choice in the middle of the rice paper, ensuring there is space left on the sides and top and bottom (this is important for when you roll the paper).
4. Once you have added all the vegetables, Gosh! and your sauce of choice, begin by folding up two of the opposite sides of the rice paper, and then proceed to roll it into a tight wrap (like folding and rolling up a burrito).
5. Slice your wrap in half and enjoy!
