Hazelnut and apple overnight seeds

Our paleo hazelnut, apple overnight oats and seeds make a delicious and filling breakfast to set you up for the day. Packed with omega-3 rich seeds and extra nutty hazelnut m*lk, you’ll be ready to crush it no time. Calling all busy, not-so-morning-people – this recipe is made for you!



  1. 1 ½ cups Plenish Hazelnut M*lk
  2. 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  3. 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  4. 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  5. 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
  6. 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  7. 1 tablespoons hazelnut butter
  8. ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  9. A pinch sea salt
  10. 1 apple, grated


Mix the seeds, milk, maple syrup, hazelnut butter together with a pinch of salt.

Leave this in the fridge overnight. In the morning, freshly grate an apple and stir this through; add an extra splash of milk until reaching your desired consistency. Top with toasted hazelnuts and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
