Holy crepe hazelnut and cacao pancakes

What a way to start the day!


  1. 1 cup of Plenish Hazelnut M*lk (add more or less depending on how thick you like your pancakes)
  2. 2 vegan “eggs” (mix 2 tsp of chia with 4 tsp water and leave to soak until a jelly-like consistency forms)
  3. 2 tbsp of cacao
  4. 1 cup of almond or buckwheat flour
  5. 1 tsp organic coconut oil
  6. Optional topping:
  7. Chopped hazelnuts
  8. Natural + chocolate coconut yoghurt
  9. Berries of choice


+ Mix all of the dry ingredients together

+ Whisk in the “eggs”

+ Slowly fold in the milk until fully combined

+ Heat 1tsp of coconut oil in a pan on a medium heat

+ Pour in the batter onto the pan making sure the mixture is dispersed evenly

+ Once the edges are set and start to dry, flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes

+ Repeat the same procedure for the rest of the mixture

+ To serve, top with coconut yoghurt, nuts and berries or any other toppings of your choice
