Holy crepe hazelnut and cacao pancakes

What a way to start the day!

ALL DONATIONS WILL BE TRIPLED UNTIL 2ND JUNE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Plenish (or similar) Hazelnut M*lk (add more or less depending on how thick you like your pancakes)
  • 2 vegan “eggs” (mix 2 tsp of chia with 4 tsp water and leave to soak until a jelly-like consistency forms)
  • 2 tbsp of cacao
  • 1 cup of almond or buckwheat flour
  • 1 tsp organic coconut oil
  • Optional topping:
  • Chopped hazelnuts
  • Natural + chocolate coconut yoghurt
  • Berries of choice

What a way to start the day!

Preparation

Mix all of the dry ingredients together

Whisk in the “eggs”

Slowly fold in the milk until fully combined

Heat 1tsp of coconut oil in a pan on a medium heat

Pour in the batter onto the pan making sure the mixture is dispersed evenly

Once the edges are set and start to dry, flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes

Repeat the same procedure for the rest of the mixture

To serve, top with coconut yoghurt, nuts and berries or any other toppings of your choice
