Every vegan needs these in their life and they’re so easy to make.
1 bag of prepared kale
Olive oil
Nutritional yeast
Salt & pepper
In need of a healthy plant-based snack? Make your own kale chips at home!
Every vegan needs these in their life and they’re so easy to make.
1. Pre-heat the oven to 175C.
2. Lay the kale out on a baking tray (if you’ve had to wash it yourself pat it down with a paper towel).
3. Drizzle with olive oil and a little salt.
4. Bake in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes, shaking occasionally to ensure it’s all getting crispy.
5. When crispy, take out of the oven and empty into a bowl.
6. Drizzle with more olive oil, a little more salt (to taste) and a sprinkling of nutritional yeast.
7. Stir and serve.
