900g sticky rice
10g ginger (minced)
5 pcs dried Shiitake mushroom (soaked and thickly sliced)
50g fried garlic (optional)
300ml soaked mushroom water
7 tbsps sesame oil
Seasoning:
4 tsps soy sauce
1/2 tbsp ground white pepper
2 tbsps vegetarian oyster sauce
Pinch Five Spices powder
10g mirin
Sauce:
20g fresh chilli pepper (diced)
60g tomato sauce
50g miso
200g water
15g sugar
10g mirin
