Purple Fruit Boost Smoothie

Perfect when you need a refreshing boost in your day!

Prep Time: 2 minutes



4 tbsp Provamel Natural soya alternative to yoghurt free from sugars (or similar)

Freshly squeezed juice of 3 to 4 oranges

2 handfuls of fresh blueberries

2 fresh figs

1 tbsp of seeds: chia seeds & poppy seeds (or whichever seeds you’re in the mood for or have at hand, we’re not picky!)


  • Just put all the ingredients in a blender and let’s mix! It can’’t get any easier than this!
