Perfect for lunch, picnics or a mid-afternoon snack.


  1. Wholegrain pitta
  2. Falafels
  3. Hummus
  4. Cherry Tomatoes
  5. Salad Greens
  6. Grated Carrots


Simply warm your pitta in the oven or grill for a minute or so, and if you desire pop the falafels in as they do taste amazing when warmed sitting on a bed of delicious hummus.

To assemble simply spread a thick layer of hummus on the warmed pitta, and stuff with salad greens and a few falafel.

Add some grated carrots, cherry tomatoes and some beetroot coleslaw for a fantastically easy sandwich.
