Tropical Smoothie

This tropical smoothie is sure to brighten up your day. Because some days you need to bring the sunshine to you!


1 banana

1 mango

1 pear (optional)

Coconut milk

1 tablespoon of chia seeds


Peel the mango and discard the stone

Put all the ingredients into a blender, fruit first

Blend and drink. Mmmmmm… Oh so tropical!
