Because some days you need to bring the sunshine to you!
Ingredients
1 x banana
1 x mango
1 x pear (optional)
Coconut milk or Provamel’s Coconut-Rice-Pineapple milk
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Method
Put all the ingredients into a blender – I always put the fruit first. (Make sure you peel the mango – I then just cut mine straight into the blender, discarding the stone once I’ve got as much flesh off as possible.)
Blend and drink!
Mmmmmm… Oh so tropical!
