Turmeric Lemon Dip

  1. 1 plump garlic clove
  2. 2 tsp miso paste
  3. 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  4. Juice from half a lemon
  5. ½ tsp turmeric
  6. Optional: if you like things sweeter, add ¼ tsp stevia or coconut sugar or 1 date for sweetness
  7. 250g tofu (silken works best)
  8. 1 tbsp Pulsin protein powder (optional)
  9. ½ tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  10. ¼ tsp cayenne pepper or whole grain mustard or wasabi (all work well!)
  11. Pinch of salt and pepper (to taste)

This dip is so easy to make; you can whizz it up in minutes! It is creamy from the tofu, fresh and tangy from the lemon juice, has umami saltiness from the miso paste and a gingery kick from the turmeric. It is a great alternative to mayonnaise too.



  • Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and whizz until you form a paste. If you like it runnier, add a tad more olive oil.
  • Serve!
