Ingredients

4 Moving Mountains Superfood Sausages
2 portions mixed cherry tomatoes
2 portobello mushrooms
4 hash browns
1 avocado
1 tin baked beans
1 slice sourdough bread

Need some inspiration to recreate a plant-based version of the iconic breakfast fry up? Moving Mountains has put together the ultimate vegan full English to complete your weekend!

Method

1. First, cook your Moving Mountains Superfood Sausages and hash browns following the on-pack instructions.
2. Whilst your sausages and hash browns cook, you can begin to prepare your other components.
3. In a fresh pan, fry your tomatoes and mushrooms in olive oil and toss in mixed herbs, salt and pepper.
4. Next, heat up your baked beans in a saucepan and slice (or smash!) your fresh avocado.
5. Finally, toast your sourdough bread and serve up your full English. Season to taste with salt, pepper and your favourite condiments.
