Ingredients

2 packs Garden Gourmet Sensational Mince or another plant-based equivalent
1 white onion
½ tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp of ras el hanout
12 mint leaves
10 coriander leaves
1 tbsp of olive oil
6 tortillas

Method

  1. Glaze the onion is a pan. Put the Sensational minced in a bowl and mix together with the fried onion. Add cumin, smoked paprika, ras el hanout, mint leaves, coriander leaves and olive oil.
  2. Make 6 meatballs, press them flat with your hand and form an oval-shaped ball. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  3. Stick a wooden stick into each meatball and fry on a barbecue or in a pan until golden brown. Warm up tortillas for 1 minute on both sides.
  4. Divide the salad between the plates and put 3 köfte sticks on each plate. Serve with tortilla, vegan yogurt sauce, extra mint and cilantro.
