  1. 500g frozen peas
  2. 1 tsp sea salt
  3. 2 tsp bouillon or stock powder
  4. 20g pea protein
  5. Optional: turmeric to taste, fresh or ground

This vegan pea soup is absolutely delicious and even better, it only takes 5-10 minutes to whip up. You can use frozen peas, making it a great last-minute option for dinner.

  • Cover the peas with boiling water and bring to the boil.
  • Simmer gently then add the bouillon, salt and turmeric.
  • Blend until smooth then add the pea protein.
  • Blend again until the powder is fully dissolved.
