The Veganuary name, logo, trademark and the marketing materials are intellectual property belonging to Veganuary. Veganuary hereby grants the above named a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use Veganuary’s logo, trademark and the marketing materials provided in the Corporate Assets Centre subject to the following:
1. This licence will expire within 3 years from today’s date and may be extended at Veganuary’s discretion.
2. Veganuary remains the legal owner of the trademark, all Veganuary IP, logos and branding.
3. All goodwill accrues to Veganuary via use of the logo, trademark or any other Veganuary materials.
4. You agree to use Veganuary assets in alignment with Veganuary’s Values. This means that you agree not to use Veganuary’s name, logo, icons or branding to market, promote or sell any non-vegan product.
5. You will not represent or hold yourself or your organisation or company you represent out as an official partner of or affiliated with Veganuary in any way other than promoting the campaign.
6. You agree that you will use the Veganuary name, logo and/or trademark in accordance with Veganuary’s Brand Standards and that you will not modify the logo or branding in any way.
7. You agree not to use the Veganuary name, logo or trademark in any way which may cause reputational damage to Veganuary.
8. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. For example, consent may be withdrawn if you use Veganuary’s name, logo, brand and/or trademark or any other materials to promote any non-vegan products, if you do anything which Veganuary feels is not in the best interest to allow continued use of the materials, or if you breach any of the conditions set out here.
9. You understand that failing to comply with these Terms and Conditions will result in your license to use Veganuary’s trademark, branding, logo and IP in being immediately revoked.
10. You agree that a member of our Corporate Engagement Team may contact you to offer support for your activations and keep in touch about other Veganuary events. Personal Data is processed in accordance with Veganuary’s Privacy Policy which can be found here.
