Veganuary International Partnerships

Working towards a better world

Veganuary partners with trusted non-profit organisations around the world on our shared mission to create a kinder, healthier and greener future for all. Through these partnerships, we can reach more people and businesses globally to offer our free resources and support. Our partners take ownership of national campaign delivery, helping ensure Veganuary remains culturally relevant, authentic and impactful in every context.

Building a kinder future… Together

We support international partners to engage with three key strategic activities, each of which serves to strengthen and reinforce the others. These are:

Movement building

Each year, millions of people participate in Veganuary through our email series, social media, influencer outreach and Workplace Challenge. This creates momentum that encourages businesses to launch vegan products, which in turn inspires new audiences to participate. We guide participants beyond January, supporting the transition from one-month challenge to long-term plant-based living.

Culture shift

Each January, plant-based eating becomes a focal point in mainstream conversation through strategic PR, media partnerships and celebrity amplification. We extend this impact year-round through narrative work that compounds momentum over time, so that each conversation we shape feeds into the next campaign.

Corporate and institutional change

We partner with businesses and institutions to increase the availability and visibility of vegan products through new launches, menu options and dietary shifts. We also work at scale within workplaces, schools, hospitals and catering services to embed plant-based options into everyday systems, creating lasting change beyond January.

How partnership strengthens your work

Join a global community. Become part of a powerful international network of organisations driving lasting change for animals, health and the environment.

Amplify your impact. Tap into a global movement with millions of participants, turning January into a launchpad for year-round growth of veganism in your country.

Raise your organisation’s profile. Gain sustained media exposure for your work – January creates the momentum, but your leadership of the campaign continues to generate coverage throughout the year.

Strengthen business relationships. Engage directly with high-profile food brands and supermarkets, building partnerships that extend far beyond the campaign.

Access proven resources and expertise. Leverage Veganuary’s campaign playbook, materials and co-created content (recipes, guides, campaigns) developed across 20+ countries, plus guidance from the Veganuary team to support your work year-round.

Is partnership right for your organisation?

We’re interested to hear from non-profit organisations that share our vision and have demonstrated commitment to plant-based advocacy at a national level.

We look for organisations with:

  • Credible existing relationships with media, businesses, influencers and communities in their country
  • Genuine passion for advancing plant-based eating and animal welfare
  • Capacity to lead national campaign delivery, coordinate outreach and manage partnerships
  • Understanding of local context – cultural nuances, food landscape, regulatory environment, audience preferences
  • Aligned values: inclusive, non-judgmental, accessible approaches to trying vegan
  • Ability to commit to the core partnership responsibilities (campaign promotion, content adaptation, brand consistency)

You don’t need to be a large organisation or have unlimited resources. We work with partners of varying sizes and organisational maturity. What’s important is that you have the capacity – whether through a paid team, established volunteer network, or both – to lead campaign delivery and the ability to reach and influence audiences in your country.
