The dumplings (yasai gyoza) remain a firm favourite, but you can also kick off your meal with salted edamame, garlicky wok-fried tenderstem broccoli and bok choy, a fresh raw salad with pickled mooli and a soy dressing and NEW for summer 2018 - mixed mushroom panko aubergine hirata steamed buns. For the main event, the vegatsu is a seitan sensation! This is wagamama's new vegan katsu curry with seitan coated in crispy panko breadcrumbs covered in an aromatic curry sauce with sticky white rice and side salad.
