Probably best known for his collaborative Vegan Freak radio show with Jenna Torres, he also co-authored the book Vegan Freak, and also wrote the well regarded ‘Making a Killing: The Political Economy of Animal Rights’.

Torres has written an article called ‘The odd logic of welfarism’ that appeared in Satya magazine. He also has a Phd in Development Sociology from Cornell University and recently gained his Juris Doctor from Drexel University in 2012.
He has also written the book ‘Being Vegan in a Non-Vegan World‘.
