You get your greatest joy in the kitchen. From creating new dishes to revisiting old family favourites. Nothing brings you greater satisfaction than a job well done and that first taste of a new meal you’ve cooked.

But what if we told you that trying plant-based was an exciting way to find new tastes and flavours you couldn’t possibly imagine? That there’s a whole world of sensation waiting to be discovered out there.

Vegan cooking can feel liberating by focusing on the vast world of plant-based ingredients, making simple swaps, and exploring the diverse culinary traditions that are already vegan or easily adapted. It’s a phenomenal way to introduce yourself to new plants, spices and flavours from across the globe!

Every year we ask Veganuary participants how they feel after their vegan adventure. Most participants report improved energy and moods. Over half remark they have better skin. But even more impressive? How many report the positive impacts Veganuary has on their cooking!

As you can imagine, we have a lot of vegan recipes which feature leafy salads. And we have plant-based alternatives to your favourite dishes too.

But what could be more exciting to a foodie than recipes you’ve never dreamed of let alone tried?

If you browse our recipes you might find Tikka Smoked Tofu Skewers with Apple Slaw or a Nepalese Aloo Sandheko. Or maybe Root Veg Gnocchi takes your fancy? We’re quite partial to the Mushroom Shawarma ourselves and the Butternut Squash and Pear Soup is as easy to make as it is to eat.

We promise you, there are hundreds of recipes to excite you! If you’re riding the Hallyu wave then we have Korean dishes. If you’re interested in Greek, Middle Eastern, African, European, Asian or elsewhere there’s something for you!
