This Banana, Vanilla and Choc-Chip Ice Cream is dairy-free and utterly delicious!
This is the easiest and quickest way to make vegan ice cream and it’s perfect for keeping cool during summer. Even the kids can get involved in making this recipe.
Prep time: 4 hours
Time to make: 10 minutes
Put the bananas in the freezer at least 4 hours in advance.
Throw the (peeled) frozen bananas into the blender along with the non-dairy milk, coconut butter and vanilla extract and then blend until smooth.
Add in the choc-chips and stir by hand and serve.
