Grounded chocolate protein pancakes

Ingredients

170ml of GROUNDED® Choc PROTEIN M*lkshake (or your preferred vegan chocolate milkshake)

175g self-raising flour 

1 tsp melted coconut oil  

1 tsp chia seeds 

Optional 1 tbsp. cacao powder  

Drizzle maple syrup

Fresh berries to decorate 

Method

  1. Stir all the ingredients (except the berries and syrup) together to form a smooth, thick batter 
  2. Melt a little coconut oil in a pan over a medium heat 
  3. Once warm, spoon a large tablespoon of the batter into the pan 
  4. Cook on one side for 3-4 minutes then flip 
  5. Drizzle with maple syrup & top with fresh berries
