Double Down Air Fryer Mac‘n’Cheeseburger


Quorn Double Down Air Fryer Burger

Time to make your air fryer meals more interesting! This vegan mac’n’cheeseburger is the ultimate fake-away treat.

Serves 2


BBQ Sauce:
8g ketchup
15g maple
15g brown sugar
15g white wine vinegar
5g Henderson’s Relish
5g smoked paprika
5g English mustard
2g garlic powder

Mac ‘n’ Cheese:
100g pasta
150ml plant milk (you can add more)
100g grated vegan cheese

Burger Build:
2 x packs vegan Quorn Crunchy Fillet Burgers
2 x vegan brioche buns
1x tomato
4 x onion rings
5g crispy onions


  1. Make the BBQ sauce. Mix all ingredients and bring to a bubble and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Make the mac ‘n’ cheese. Add pasta and milk to a saucepan and bring to boil. Cook for 8-9 minutes (or until pasta is cooked). Add cheese and mix through, cook for 1-2 mins.
  3. Prepare burger fillings. Air fry the burgers at 200C for 13 minutes and the onion rings for 8-10 minutes. Toast the burger buns and slice the tomato.
  4. Spread the bbq sauce on the bottom bun, add the sliced tomato and top with both crunchy fillet burgers. Dollop on the mac ‘n’ cheese. Sprinkle with crispy onions and the onion rings and then top with the bun.
