Kale Chips


Kale chips

In need of a healthy plant-based snack? Make your own kale chips at home!

Every vegan needs these in their life and they’re so easy to make.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 15-20 minutes 


  1. 1 bag of prepared kale
  2. Olive oil
  3. Nutritional yeast
  4. Salt & pepper


Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees.


  • Lay the kale out on a baking tray (if you’ve had to wash it yourself pat it down with a paper towel)
  • Drizzle with olive oil and a little salt
  • Bake in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes, shaking occasionally to ensure it’s all getting crispy
  • When crispy, take out of the oven and empty into a bowl
  • Drizzle with more olive oil, a little more salt (to taste) and a sprinkling of nutritional yeast
  • Stir and serve
