1 cup of frozen raspberries
1 frozen banana
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil, optional
1 tsp vanilla
Wake up and crush it with this creamy, sweet smoothie bursting with antioxidant-rich raspberries and heart-healthy fats. The perfect on-the-go breakfast to get you glowing inside and out all day!
Prep time: 5 minutes
Whizz everything together in a blender for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
If your banana and raspberries aren’t frozen add some ice cubes before blending.
