Ingredients

200g cooked fusilli
100g cucumbers, chopped
100g cherry tomatoes, halved
50g radish, thinly sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
50g sweetcorn
2 tbsp vegan sour cream
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley
Green Vie Greek Block, to serve

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients, except the Greek Style, and mix well.
  2. Sprinkle the desired amount of Green Vie Greek Style on top, serve and enjoy.
