100ml Wunda Unsweetened (or similar)
100g banana, frozen
2 tsp blue spirulina
100g frozen tropical smoothie mix
Toppings:
50g raspberries
2 tsp pumpkin seeds
You need to try this mermaid smoothie bowl! It contains one of your five a day and it’s a source of plant-based protein.
For a creamy texture, we’ve added Wunda Unsweetened to our vegan smoothie bowl and topped it with pumpkin seeds and berries for an excellent crunch and a pop of colour.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2
1. Pop all the ingredients into a blender apart from the toppings and blend until smooth. If you find the mix is too thick and struggling to blend, add a dash of water.
2. Decant the mix into two bowls and smooth over the top with the back of a spoon. Add your toppings and enjoy!
