In this plant-based smoothie bowl, you can swap out the toppings for whatever you have at home. We’ve used blueberries and chia seeds for some colour and texture but the possibilities are endless!
Prep time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2
100ml plant milk
100g mango, frozen
100g banana, frozen
100g vegan soya yoghurt alternative
½ tsp ground cardamom
¼ tsp turmeric
Toppings:
50g blueberries, cut in half
20g fresh mango, diced
2 tsp chia seeds

1. Pop all the ingredients into a blender apart from the toppings and blend until smooth. If you find the mix is too thick and struggling to blend, add a dash of water.
2. Decant the mix into two bowls and smooth over the top with the back of a spoon. Add your toppings and enjoy!
