For the cake:
240g all-purpose flour
300g granulated sugar
75g cocoa powder
3 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
375ml plant-based milk of choice
140g vegan butter
2 tsp vanilla essence
For the chocolate mousse:
300g vegan Greek-style coconut yoghurt
20g cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 packets of LoveRaw Butter Cups, roughly chopped
For the topping:
Vegan whipped cream
2 packets of LoveRaw Butter Cups, cut into pieces
2 packets of LoveRaw White Choc Wafer Bars, cut into pieces

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tin (25 x 20cm) with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk all dry ingredients together.
3. Add all remaining wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
4. Pour the cake batter into the prepared tin and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
5. Remove from the oven and allow to completely cool before cutting into 3-4cm cubes.
6. To make the chocolate mousse, whisk together all ingredients until smooth and store in the fridge until ready to assemble the trifle.
7. To assemble the trifle, layer the cake, mousse, vegan cream, then repeat once more before topping with LoveRaw Butter Cups & White Choc Wafers.
