These vegan Millionaire Brownies are seriously some of the most indulgent brownies you’ll come across. They’re a hybrid between a super chocolatey brownie and a millionaire shortbread, making them impossible to resist.
If you’re looking for a vegan brownie recipe that ticks all the boxes, here it is. The caramel is smooth and soft with flecks of sea salt, topped with bittersweet dark chocolate. Just try not to eat the whole tray – you’ve been warned!
