  1. 1 cup peeled and cut carrots
  2. 1/2 cup soy milk
  3. 1 tsp of cinnamon
  4. 1 pinch of nutmeg
  5. 1 large banana
  6. 1 tbsp of Pulsin pea protein powder
  7. 1/4 tsp of ground vanilla

This smoothie combines carrots which are rich in fiber, vitamins and antioxidants with flavours like cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg plus a sprinkling of our pea protein powder.

The combination of the crunchy sweetness of the carrots blended with these winter spices creates a creamy and rich flavored smoothie that is perfect for this colder weather!

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Depending on your blender, you might need to mix a little longer than usual for the carrots to be fully chopped up.
