1 cup Medjool dated (pits removed)
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tsp orange zest
1/3 cup juice from the orange

Method:
1. Simply add all the ingredients into a blender and mix it together in a food processor. Be sure to keep an eye on it though, as the processor might jump around a little to begin with!
2. Once everything is mixed together, with wet hands form the dough into roughly 3cm balls.
3. Place them into a container and store in the fridge for a few days (if they last that long). They can also be frozen to be enjoyed later.
