Launched on January 3rd 2024 at participating cafes globally, the latest Veganuary menu unveils a distinctive array of vegan dishes, each with a signature twist. Why not try award-winning Moving Mountains Patty in the BBQ Plant Burger or go for Chili Sin Carne Tacos with Moving Mountains Mince? Other options include Quorn Tenders Salad, Cauliflower Wings, and for dessert, an indulgent plant-based Sticky Toffee Pudding with vegan vanilla ice cream.

Starters / Small Plates

  • Courgette And Guacamole Bruschetta – A mouthwatering mix of aromas and textures – soft, grilled courgette, creamy guacamole, toasted garlic bread with oregano, a pinch of chilli, and finished with our balsamic glaze.
  • Quinoa Mexicana Salad – This Mexican-style salad is a celebration of Latin flavours: Quinoa, chilli, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, garlic, pinto beans, lime juice, avocado and finished with an oil and vinegar dressing. Served with a side of garlic toast.
  • Cauliflower Wings – Crispy Buffalo-style cauliflower “wings” served with classic wing sauce and celery.

Mains

  • Quorn™ Tenders Salad – Quorn™ tenders served on a bed of fresh mixed greens tossed in Italian dressing, with pickled red onions, red peppers and Roma tomatoes, finished with crispy shoestring onions.
  • Moving Mountains® Bbq Stack Burger – A stacked plant based burger layered with vegan mayonnaise, melted vegan cheese and housemade BBQ sauce. Placed over pickled onion, dill pickle, vine ripened tomato slice, lettuce and all topped with crispy shoestring onions! Fries are tossed in HRC’s signature Love All spice blend and served on the side.
  • Mushroom Primavera Pasta – Cavatappi pasta tossed in a light and creamy mushroom sauce, with a hint of garlic, fresh thyme and garden peas.
  • Moving Mountains® Tacos – Classic tacos filled with Moving Mountains® seasoned mince, grilled salsa, green onions, avocado and cilantro. Drizzled with smoky chipotle lime vegan yoghurt and finished with jalapeños, pico de gallo and a lime wedge.

Dessert

  • Sticky Toffee Pudding – Warm sticky toffee pudding covered in butterscotch sauce, topped with vegan vanilla ice cream and a dusting of icing sugar.
