Co-founded by friends Tom Barton and Philip Eeles in Brighton in 2009, Honest Burgers started out cooking great British burgers in a field at a local food festival. The following year they opened a tiny restaurant in Brixton Market, making everything from scratch. Honest Burgers launched the ‘PLANT’ burger which uses a Beyond Meat patty in October 2018 following a successful four-month trial at their King’s Cross site.

- The PLANT kit includes everything you need to replicate Honest’s best-selling vegan burger at home: plant-based patties, vegan smoked Gouda, Rubies in the Rubble chipotle ‘mayo’, mustard, red onion and homemade pickles. The kits are sold via the Honest website with nationwide delivery 7 days a week. They come in packs of 2 or 4, with gluten free buns available on ordering, and each kit comes with a reusable Honest tote bag and some free homemade rosemary salt to season your own chips at home.
