A great start to your day.
- Rinse the quinoa under streaming water and put in a pot together with 1 ¼ cup of Almond drink, vanilla, cardamon and salt.
- Bring to a boil, but don’t let it cook. Lower the heat, put the lid on the pot and let it set until the quinoa has absorbed all the milk.
- Take the pot of the fire and let it rest for 7 minutes.
- Stir well and divide in small pots, pour the rest of the almond milk over it and finish with some fruit and almond flakes.
