Applewood® Vegan Cheese Scones


Applewood vegan cheese scones

A savoury, cheesy, delicious scone that is easy to make and ready in 25 minutes!

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 6


  1. 125g grated Applewood® Vegan cheese (or similar)
  2. 225g self-raising flour
  3. 50g margarine
  4. Pinch of salt
  5. 1 tsp of paprika
  6. 60ml milk alternative


  1. Rub flour and margarine together till form breadcrumb consistence.
  2. Add paprika cheese and salt, mix.
  3. Form a well in the middle and add milk, mix add a little water if needed.
  4. Lightly flour a surface and roll out the dough to approximately 2cm thick.
  5. Cut out the scones with a medium cutter and place on an oven tray. Glaze the tops with the extra milk.
  6. Cook at 200 for 15 mins or until golden.
