The simplest dishes are often the most delicious. Take this Fruit and Yogurt Parfait - which is just layering some your favourite fruit with some wholesome ingredients.
- First chop up all the fruit.
- Get a nice tall glass and start layering.
- First strawberries, then yogurt followed by a drizzle of brown rice syrup.
- Next up is puffed quinoa and kiwi followed by another layer of yogurt and drizzle of brown rice syrup.
- Finish oats and raspberries on the top.
- Let set in the fridge for an hour and devour!
