Vegan Gluten Free Brownie

Delicious, decedent & desirable… taking things to a whole new level with these gluten free brownies!

Ingredients

  1. 360g Dark chocolate [40%]
  2. 200g Milk alternative
  3. 1 tsp Sea salt
  4. 150g Brown sugar
  5. 200g Crunchy peanut butter
  6. 5g Baking powder
  7. 230g Gluten free flour
  8. Baking tray *5cm [depth] *20cm [wide] *30cm [long]

Method

  1. Melt together the dark chocolate & salt with the milk alternative in a dish over a pan of water.
  2. Mix together well then add the everything except the gluten free flour, mixing together thoroughly for around 20 seconds.
  3. Once you have a paste like substance mix in the gluten free flour. Line the baking tray with grease proof paper and scrape in the brownie batter. Bake at160c in a pre heated oven for 40 minutes, turning half way.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool and refrigerate over night.
  5. Cut, serve and eat.
