This could quite possibly be one of the simplest, guilt-free, good-for-you and tasty desserts you can make. Chia seeds are incredibly versatile and are thought to have great health benefits. This is one of my favourite pudding flavours, and a great way to take advantage of the delicious Pakistani mangoes when they are in season.
These puddings take less than 5 minutes to make, but they need to be refrigerated overnight. If you like your desserts a little sweeter, 1 tbsp agave syrup would work well.
This recipe is for two servings
- Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir until well-combined
- Divide the mixture into two glasses
- Cover with cling film and place in the fridge overnight
Now go to bed and dream of the delicious dessert you’ll be eating tomorrow!
