There's more where this came from!

  1. 2 tbsp chia seeds
  2. 2 tsp peanut butter
  3. 1 mango, sliced and the juice
  4. 150ml almond (or other dairy alternative) milk

This mango and chia seed pudding could quite possibly be one of the simplest, guilt-free, good-for-you and tasty desserts you can make.

Chia seeds are incredibly versatile and are thought to have great health benefits too.

These puddings take less than 5 minutes to make, but they need to be refrigerated overnight. If you like your desserts a little sweeter, 1 tbsp agave syrup would work well.

Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir until well-combined

Divide the mixture into two glasses

Cover with cling film and place in the fridge overnight

Now go to bed and dream of the delicious dessert you’ll be eating tomorrow!
