2 ripe bananas
100 g fresh pineapple
400 ml pineapple juice
200 g crushed ice
2 tsp chia seed
Pineapple & fruit to garnish

A refreshing shake to brighten up your day!

Made using Provamel Rice Coconut Pineapple Drink.

Method

Peel and slice the bananas.

Cube the pineapple and put all the ingredients in a blender.

Mix until creamy and garnish with a slice of pineapple and some fruit.
