  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 100 g fresh pineapple
  • 400 ml pineapple juice
  • 200 g crushed ice
  • 2 tsp chia seed
  • Pineapple & fruit to garnish

A refreshing shake to brighten up your day!

Made using Provamel Rice Coconut Pineapple Drink.


  • Peel and slice the bananas.
  • Cube the pineapple and put all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Mix until creamy and garnish with a slice of pineapple and some fruit.
