Tooti Froot Vegan Chicken Burger

A burger with a fruity twist!


  1. 2 Fry’s Chicken-Style Burgers
  2. 4 Whole-wheat Burger buns
  3. 4 red chilli
  4. 2 Tbsp olive oil
  5. 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
  6. Egg-free mayonnaise, to serve
  7. Red salad onions, thinly sliced
  8. 1 Mango, peeled and cut in small cubes
  9. Thinly sliced pineapple, halved
  10. 1 Pomegranate


Pre heat the oven to the recommended temperature for the burgers


  • Bake the crumbed chicken burgers in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  • Chop the chillies and place in a small saucepan with the olive oil and smoked paprika and gently fry over a low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Serve the chicken burgers on the buns with a base of the chilli relish topped with a generous dollop of mayonnaise, sliced purple spring onions and fresh mango and pineapple and a spoonful of Pomegranate.
