Almond Bircher

If you’ve got a quick turnaround in the morning, our almond and vanilla chia bircher will sort you out. It takes five minutes to make and packs a nutritious punch with omega-3 fatty acids from the chia seeds and vitamin E from our almond m*lk. With a crunchy texture and creamy, sweet taste, this is a great on-the-go breakfast or snack option to get you through the day.

  1. ½ cup oats (45g)
  2. 2 heaped tablespoons chia seeds
  3. 1 tablespoon raspberries berries
  4. 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice
  5. 1 apple, finely diced
  6. 1 ½ cups Plenish Almond M*lk (350ml)
  7. A few drops of vanilla extract
  8. A pinch of sea salt


Finely dice the apple, discarding the core.

Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix together.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next morning (lasts up to 2 days).

For serving, top with cinnamon, fresh berries, walnuts or any other toppings of your choice.
