  1. 2 shots espresso
  2. 120 ml cup hot water
  3. 1 tbsp cacao
  4. 1 tsp coconut sugar

Some days call for this vegan energy tonic!

Late nights, early mornings, and lots of middle-of-the-night interruptions from the kids. If this sounds like your life, you need this cold, quick-to-make energy shot.

  • Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Pour into small jugs and store in the fridge.
  • Or if desperate drink straight away, without hesitation!

(We recommend no more than 2 of these a day. However, we are all human, so sometimes desperate situations call for desperate measures!)
