RASPBERRY AND COCONUT SMOOTHIE

Vegan raspberry and coconut smoothie

The perfect on-the-go breakfast to get you glowing inside and out all day!

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup of Plenish Coconut M*lk
  2. ½ cup of frozen raspberries
  3. ½ a frozen banana
  4. 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  5. 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, optional
  6. ½ teaspoon of vanilla

Preparation

Whizz everything together in a blender for 1-2 minutes until smooth.

If your banana and raspberries aren’t frozen add some ice cubes before blending.

To go zero waste freeze any left-over smoothie mix in popsicle silicone molds to enjoy at a later date!
