Roasted Cauliflower

  1. 1 cauliflower
  2. 6 cloves of garlic
  3. Olive oil
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. Mixed herbs


  • Cut the cauliflower from top to bottom in 1 inch thick slices, then lay the slices out on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
  • Peel the garlic cloves and place them among the cauliflower.
  • Sprinkle the cauliflower with a pinch each of salt and pepper, and 2 pinches of mixed herbs, making sure that each piece of cauliflower gets some.
  • Drizzle olive oil over each piece of cauliflower, then roast in the oven for 25 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
