  2. 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  3. 200g day-old bread, torn into chunks
  4. 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  5. Sea salt and black pepper
  6. 2 yellow peppers
  7. 1kg ripe different variety tomatoes
  8. 2 tbsp nonpareille capers
  9. 25g pack basil, leaves torn
