1 bramley apple
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
½ tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp water
For the blondie mix:
1 tin chickpeas
1 tbsp flax seeds, 3 tbsp water
2 tsp coconut oil (solid)
1 tbsp maple syrup
8 dates, pitted
50g organic sultanas (oil-free)
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
10 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves picked
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 tbsp chia seeds, to decorate
