2 cups of almond milk
½ cup of vegetable oil
2 packages of instant yeast
1/2 cup sugar
4 ½ cups wheat flour that is not bleached or enriched
¼ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon of baking soda
For the filling
¼ cup vegan butter or coconut or vegetable oil
¼ brown sugar
3 tablespoons of cinnamon powder
Icing
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon of almond milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla
