Vegan Ploughman's Lunch

This vegan Ploughman’s Lunch is a plant-based twist on the British classic.  Our take on the Ploughman’s is great for lazy weekends, but it’s also so easy to whip up mid-week.

Ingredients

Some lovely fresh bread (locally baked is best)

Cherry tomatoes on the vine

Carrots, cut into sticks

Celery, cut into sticks

Pickled onions

Branston Pickle

Vegan Cheddar Cheese

Cheese and Onion or Salt and Vinegar crisps for that traditional pub feel

Method

  • Take one big plate
  • Wash the veggies and slice as desired
  • Cut the cheddar cheese into blocks
  • Set out on the big plate
  • Serve and eat!
